Once we received the returned item(s), we will process your request within 5 working days.  Email notifiation will be sent you once the credit has been issued.  For payment, we will refund cash by transferring it to your bank account with a deduction of administrative fee RM75 or 5% of the total amount, whichever is greater.  

In any circumstances customer requested to change the order, the exchange value shall be greater than the purchase value stated in the receipt.
